How We Use Information

• Process checkouts, orders, subscriptions, refunds, and customer support requests.
• Operate dashboards, reporting, analytics, attribution, and conversion measurement.
• Connect events across permitted customer tools to reduce duplicate reporting and improve data quality.

• Support advertising measurement, including Meta app and pixel integrations, where configured and permitted.

Meta Platform Data

If a customer connects Meta integrations, funnel.build may process Meta-related identifiers, campaign data, pixel events, Conversions API events, and reporting data for that customer's authorized business use. We use this information to measure advertising performance, deduplicate events, improve reporting quality, and support connected dashboard features. We do not sell Meta platform data.

We may use first-party cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember sessions, measure funnel activity, connect checkout events, and improve reporting. Browser settings, consent choices, private browsing modes, and ad blockers may limit collection.
